Planning Committee Resumes!

"Tis time already?" You might ask! Well yes. A lot goes into planning an event like ours and we are already gearing up to make the 2024 celebration better than ever! We've been meeting bi-weekly at our local Corner Stone and working hard, coming up with a streamlined approach to the planning this year. Last year was a great success, and a huge learning curve for our little squad, but we pulled it off in brilliant fashion if we do say so ourselves.

We are always looking for members to join our team, and if you feel as passionate about our Pemberton Heights Community as we do, and are eager to become more heavily involved in Canada we would be absolutely thrilled to treat you to a coffee and chat in more detail! Reach out anytime! On that note, stay tuned as we are already putting together the 2024 volunteer sign up genius. Many of these roles are for event day only, but there are also smaller roles in the implementation and planning side of things that aren't quite as involved as the committee, but still integral to our success.

Otherwise, lots of sponsorship opportunities this year, with a new approach. Our title sponsors will have the benefit of space on the field with a provided tent, tables and chairs for you to promote your business. We welcome creative uses for your space and are here to assist with logistics. There are only 3 title sponsor opportunities and they will be released in March so be on the look out!

Finally, we are very hopeful to bring back the ever popular BBQ, but we are looking for someone with food & beverage experience that holds health & safety training that we could lean on. If that sounds like you, we'd be so grateful to chat. Drop us a line.
