We have some amazing stations for this year's Canada Day Celebration! In order to run them however we need a little elbow grease from our amazing community. From set up to parade traffic control to race marshals there's something for everyone!
Seeking Food Safe Certificate holder!
We are in desperate need for a volunteer to oversee our BBQ station. This individual needs to have Food Safety training in order for us to get permitting to serve food this year. If someone is interested in getting the certificate we will cover the cost. We'll try and sweeten the deal even more for your time :)
Tents Coolers & Tables
Do you have some equipment you can loan us? We need tents to provide some much needed shade at various stations. We need coolers to keep that food SAFE ;) and drinks cold, and tables for various stations as well. We can coordinate pick up and delivery. Your loans help keep us organized and run the day smoothly.
Set Up & Tear Down Crews
We need helpers to volunteer for loaned equipment pickups & drop offs, setting up the morning of the event and tear down after the event. Looking volunteer coordinator in particular who can direct people on set up with a provided layout map!
Station Shift Coverage
Fancy yourself a grill master? Love wrangling eager children who want their face painted? How about making the ever important call of who won the race! We have a huge assortment of station volunteer roles that need to be filled. Take on a shift or two and help out!
We cannot wait to celebrate with you all. The day couldn't be the success we expect it to be, without the generous time our volunteers are willing to contribute.
